●COMMISSION PROCESS●
1. Complete this commission form.
2. Artist will notify you with any questions followed by acceptance, pricing, and additional details of your commission. I usually require at least a 50% deposit upfront to secure your commission.
3. Once deposit is received, Artist will start working on the sketch. Artist will send progress updates, and ask for feedback or revisions before the final artwork is completed.
4. The final payment is due upon completion of the commission and before the delivery of the final artwork. Invoicing and payment are accepted through Paypal.
5. Once the final invoice is paid, completed project files will be delivered to the email provided by the Commissioner.
Artist reserves the right to reject a commission request for any reason.
●COPYRIGHT●
Artist’s Right to Authorship Credit:
The Artist may use Work in Artist’s portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays Artist’s works), unless disclosed otherwise in a confidentiality agreement.
Commissioner and Artist agree that when asked, Commissioner must properly identify Artist as the creator of Work. Commissioner may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Artist and the Commissioner, the Artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
●COMMISSIONED WORKS●
Unless otherwise stated, the Artist retains all copyrights of the work commissioned, and the commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Commissioner may post the commission on social media/websites with proper credit to the Artist appreciated.
If Commissioner would like to use the commissioned work for commercial reasons, an agreement for the licensing for an additional fee can be discussed.
Artist will not do work to be used in any NFT projects, nor does Artist permit their work to be used in any way, shape, or form for any NFT, Crypto, or AI initiatives.
●COMMERCIAL USE●
If Commissioner would like to use the commissioned work for commercial reasons (e.g. print, digital, merchandise), please contact Artist to discuss an agreement for the licensing of the artwork for an additional fee. Without a licensing agreement, the artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes.
●PRICING●
I do NOT work for free, pro bono, or for exposure.
Prices range according to individual commission.
Prices are based on factors such as scope and complexity the commissioned artwork.
Payment plans can be discussed for larger projects.
Additional fees may be applied for extra revisions or rush orders.
●CANCELLED PROJECTS●
If the project is canceled before completion, the Artist may send an invoice for a kill fee (up to 75% of the full cost) that covers actual time and materials up through the date of cancellation.
